Ever wonder why it seems your pants never fit quite right after Thanksgiving? You shouldn't. You KNOW how much you eat...common sense should click in and tell you that it's not exactly healthy either and you might want to do some sort of exercise ASAP. For those of you who don't...heres a list of calories in a typical Thanksgving meal as well as a list of possible exercises and the length you must to them in order to burn that delicious meal off.
